Glykeria Stamatopoulou is a post doc researcher at STADA Lab, UPSPS. She completed her graduate studies in Sociology in 2003 and she received her postgraduate degree in “Methods and Applications in Social Policy” in 2011, both at UPSPS. Her PhD concerns the measurement of social mobility in South European countries. She participated as a researcher in the Horizon 2020 “NEGOTIATE: Negotiating early job insecurity and labour market exclusion in Europe” and the Erasmus+ EUROGRADUATE research projects. Currently, she is participating in the “ΗΑRΜΟΝΙΑ: School-to-work Transition in a Comparative Perspective” project, funded by the Polish National Research Centre. Her research is focused on social mobility and social stratification, labour market transitions and social inequalities. In these fields, several articles have been published in peer-reviewed international journals such as Communications in Statistics − Theory and Methods, Sage Open, Applied Stochastic Models and Data Analysis, and Policy Futures in Education.
