Maria Symeonaki (head of STADA Lab) participated with a presentation at the conference of the Horizon2020 DigiGen project which is coming to an end after three years of research on the impact of digital transformations on children and young people. The conference was attended by 100 researchers and stakeholders (including children and young people) from all over Europe and beyond. M. Symeonaki presented the DGmap an online interactive map that was developed by her research team which provides information and captures the differences between European countries on the use of digital technology and the digital habits of children and young people, with data drawn from from large sample surveys such as EU-SILC, PISA, ESS, ICILS, TIMSS, 2nd ICT in Education Survey, etc.
